Brown fused alumina feature:
Low Heat-treated:Low temperature treatment enhances the toughness of abrasive grain, also improves cleanliness and capillarity. Heat-treated abrasive materials can be used for the fabrication of grinding wheels, coated abrasives, and specialized industrial applications.
High Heat-treated:High temperature treatment imparts a blue color to the abrasive grain, as well as enhances its toughness. Heat-treated abrasive materials can be used for the fabrication of grinding wheels, coated abrasives, and specialized industrial applications.
Surface Treated:Surface Treatment is one process applied to abrasive grain by a variety of methods, such as silane treatment, projectivity enhancing treatment, iron oxide coating, etc. Most of them may be applied to improve resin’s bonding effects for grinding wheel and sandpaper, or enhance wettability, flowability, suspension in water or oil, or strengthen other characteristics.
Ultra-Fine:Particle size is finer than 1 micron, which is suitable for a wide range of lapping and polishing applications. It can be used in suspension, slurry or paste form.
