Brown fused aluminum oxide is produced by the smelting of Calcined Bauxite in an electric arc furnace at temperatures greater than 2000°C. Our BFA is made into different shapes and grit sizes ranging from macro to micro grits and powders. It is a tough, hard material with high strength, excellent wear and corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity.
